Our current pipeline of deals include schemes totalling over 1,000 units of accommodation totalling £200m+ of GDV.
All of our deals are bought by institutional clients, either from the public sector or directly with real estate investors.
The Ferryman, Bournemouth
A defunct pub site, redeveloped with off-site manufactured modular housing, made up of 10 self-contained apartments for Bournemouth Council. Acquisition and development of this site included funding from Homes England.
Jaqueline Court, Stanford-le-Hope
A former petrol site, acquired turn-key from the developers on a forward purchase basis, for Thurrock Council. The site consisted of 16 units of self-contained accommodation (traditional build).
St Margarets, Thurrock
A second site for Thurrock Council, a development of 11 self-contained apartments from vacant land. Again this development was a forward purchase, and acquired turnkey from the developer.
Ardenham House, Aylesbury
A conversion of a commercial property to 11 units of affordable self-contained accommodation, acquired for Buckinghamshire Council and Hightown Housing Associations. This development was acquired using Homes England funding.
